ImageIn the January 2008 installment of Slowinski at-large, I share with readers information on developing more detailed training using a periodization plan.  In short, periodization will help you determine how-to peak for major tournaments.  You begin by prioritizing all of competitions throughout the year, by importance, from not very to the most important.
