When it rains it pours! Aldo Samperio from the first camp in Mexico shot 300 last night. And, Arturo Gonzalez, from the 2nd camp in Mexico City, shot his first 300 last night at a different bowling center. And, a few days ago, Victor Vazquez from the 2nd camp shot 289. Lina Garcia Jimenez shot her first ever 700 on February 21st. Both camps were completed in mid to late January. Six weeks+ after training is often a breakthrough moment!  Coach Slowinski Conducted 13 days of training in Mexico City and the State of Mexico in January 2013.

Here is an average ball speed chart, in both miles per hour as well as kilometers per hour, to help you calculate relative ball speed, as the ball travels from the foul line to the head pin.  This chart is best used to measure a bowler's consistency.  Included are both a downloadable version (in PDF) and web viewable version.  I included 13 MPH (20+ KPH) to 25 MPH (40+ KPH) to help measure both first shot and spare shot consistency.

In this short article, I discuss an important strategy of finding the end of the oil condition to improve your accuracy in tournament play.  Coaches should find the end of the pattern before a tournament and players must find a way to accurate find the end of the pattern.  This no nonsense method discussed ahead is a practical way to achieve accuracy and will yield big dividends for those who do it.
